Reliability assessed with Cronbach’s α and Kuder-Richardson 20 coefficients (for dichotomous indicators). For the Index of Knowledge of the Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program, reliability was not assessed because this construct is variable (implementation of the Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program varies by state; for example, states may differ in the number and face value of vouchers issued). As such, developing a stable scale is not possible and psychometrics do not apply. Farmers’ market asking skills were assessed among participants having reported shopping at a farmers’ market in the past two weeks
