For the Index of Knowledge of the Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program, reliability was not assessed because this construct is variable (implementation of the Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program varies by state; for example, states may differ in the number and face value of vouchers issued). As such, developing a stable scale is not possible and psychometrics do not apply.
