  1. SFA = saturated fatty acids, MUFA = monounsaturated fatty acids, and PUFA = polyunsaturated fatty acids. The P value is reported from covariance analysis, and the results are based on mean ± SD. All of the variables are adjusted for energy intake. P value < 0.05 shows a significant level of association
