ADP agonist concentrations ranged from 1 to 8 μmol/L. In A, treatments Con, FF30, FF75, FF150 and FF300 had N = 8, 8, 10, 9 and 9 respectively. In B, N = 10 for all treatments. Median values are shown within the plots as the conventional line. Mean values (as given in Table 2) are shown for convenience, denoted by the marker x within each plot. Non-equivalence to FF150 is indicated by * (P < 0.5)
