  1. Data are reported in the form of frequency (percentage).

There is no difference between control and intervention groups in terms of dairy consumption change stages distribution before the intervention (P = 0.261, Mann-Whitney U test); however, two groups differ significantly one month after the intervention in which dairy consumption stages of change in the intervention group is higher compared to the control group (P < 0.001, Mann-Whitney U test).
