Erratum to: Meat consumption providing a surplus energy in modern diet contributes to obesity prevalence: an ecological analysis

The Original Article was published on 18 April 2016

After publication of the original article [1], we noted that one of the author’s affiliations was mistakenly changed in the galley proofs. In addition, the other author’s affiliation had changed its name, but this was not updated during the galley proofs. The correct authors’ affiliations can be seen below:
